You have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your Wild Game Jerky to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your jerky must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with its original packaging intact. Additionally, you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send back your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
